Kelly Garcia is a Healthcare Education management expert with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, aligning her skills in human behaviour with 30 years of experience across Canada’s long-term care, retirement homes, autism services, alternative healthcare providers, HR, and hospital sectors.

 

She serves as President of New Earth Group of Industries Corp. Canada (NEG-ICC), overseeing operations in all healthcare-related ventures. 

She also manages New Earth Financial Corporation, specializing in loans for healthcare practitioners and Medical / healthcare startups.

At New Earth Canada, Kelly Garcia leads as HR Education Specialist and Newcomers Orientation Program director while acting as Interim COO (Chief Operating Officer) for NEG. Her work emphasizes specialized services and professional development in healthcare providers, Clinical startups, Orientation programs for International, recent graduates intending independent startups.
